Learn to deal with "Difficult people in your work"

Working with people with a strong character is not easy. Being able to communicate with these people is complex because there are few times when you can have a good dialogue. The problem with these people is that they do not feel satisfied with what they are doing in their work area or they bring their problems to their jobs, which means that they do not have a good job performance and their attitude is not the best.
